    Position Summary

    Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is accountable for cultivating relationships with Sofina customers. This includes servicing assigned customer accounts by tele-contacting assigned accounts as required and data entry into entering into sales system. The ideal candidate is a team player ready to take on other duties as assigned and demonstrates accountability for their work. Ability to demonstrate and perform accurate data entry is essential. Important: this is a part-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm), temporary position approximately 3 months in duration, with the possibility of extension.


    Key Accountabilities

    • Accountable for accurately and efficiently processing all incoming sales orders from assigned accounts
    • Accountable for maximizing service levels and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts
    • Accountable for handling incoming customer inquiries and following up on customer account orders



    • 2 years previous order desk/data entry/customer service experience
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word and Outlook) required.
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good listening skills
    • Previous experience in servicing sales accounts and telephone contacting is an asset
